ABOUT ME
Per Sherw
With two decades of experience as a builder in remodel and new construction, Per Sherwin’s clients benefit from the strong consultative and contractual background he brings to his work as a real estate broker. Per is an expert in building and site development, contract negotiation, commercial sales and waterfront properties. Having grown up at the water’s edge in Port Madison, he fuses his understanding of dock and bulkhead construction with his knowledge of the Island’s aquatic lifestyle offerings. Per believes that communication is the foundation of any successful partnership, and works with his clients in a clear and concise manner to offer sound advisement throughout the transaction process. A tenacious and dedicated broker, Per understands the nuances of his clients lives and develops a high level of trust to help them achieve their real estate goals.
Per’s alignment with Realogics Sotheby’s International Realty stems from a shared commitment to a team driven environment and a forward-thinking approach to real estate innovation. He knows that marketing requires a tailored plan that caters to the individual needs of a property or client, and utilizes RSIR’s award-winning marketing and global network to reach an unprecedented audience. He loves connecting his clients to an impeccable brand of top tier agents that support him in all of his endeavors to fully engage his potential.
Per’s vibrant background includes brewing for Hales Ales, sales engineering in aerospace, and managing director of Bainbridge Performing Arts. He grew up on Bainbridge Island, and relocated to Coronado, California in his teens to play tennis. He then went on to UC Santa Barbara and finished his college career at the University of Washington before returning to Bainbridge. When not working, he spends time with his wife, also an Island native, and their two beautiful daughters, and is often found on the tennis court, running the Island’s trails, or fishing. He is an active member of the community, having served as Executive Director of Bainbridge Performing Arts, President of Bainbridge Arts & Humanities Council, and on the board of the Bainbridge Historical Museum. He hopes to one day achieve his goal of developing an affordable housing market on the Island and other local communities.
